We (Direct Medical Solutions & Services) are a wholly owned subsidiary of Direct Fresh Limited (DFL), a 360-degree vertically integrated food supply company, that works to ensure quality nutrition for the vulnerable populations at the bottom of the pyramid. Working closely with UN-agencies such as the World Food Programme (WFP), UNHCR and UNDP as well as CARE International, Direct Fresh has operated retail outlets serving the Rohingya refugee camps in Teknaf & Ukhiya. The company also works closely with manufacturing companies to operate fair-price retail outlets serving factory workers and their families.

A seasoned first-generation entrepreneur with two decades of experience in senior positions of various multinational companies, including Sanofi Aventis, Novartis, British American Tobacco and the UNDP. Mr. Hossain’ management portfolio included beneficiaries such as the Prime Minister’s Office, Bangladesh Police Headquarters and many key government ministries. Mr. Hossain, is the President of Bangladesh Foreign Employment Council – BFEC, the President of Nagorik Dhaka Foundation, which strives to make Bangladesh capital a leading global city, the founding president of the Bangladesh Supply Chain Council (BSCC), which boast over 2,000+ members from among supply chain professionals, as well as the founder & former President of the North South University Alumni Association with over 20,000 alumnus globally.

Mr. Rahman has over 18 years of work experience covering Healthcare panning, Hospital management, designing & implementing comprehensive healthcare projects and applications He is proficient in enhancing customer experience, operational coordination, and internal communication. He has successfully designed and implemented Telemedicine for tertiary care hospitals and several dynamic IT-based projects (applications & hardware tools) to ensure customer satisfaction while reducing human error and workload.
